Năm U.C 0087, 7 năm sau One Year War. Titan, một tổ chức tập trung tất cả tinh túy của Earth Federation được thành lập nhằm tiêu diệt những thế lực chống đối. Tuy nhiên Titan sớm trở nên mất kiểm soát, thi hành những chính sách tàn bạo với cả Trái Đất và không gian.
